These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bbkeepsitmoving.com (the "Site"), operated by Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving, LLC ("Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about our moving, packing, junk removal, and related services and lets you request a quote. It is for general informational and marketing purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a contract, and the information on it may change at any time.
When you submit a quote request or receive an estimate from us, you understand that:
Our services are performed under the separate written agreement described above. That agreement, together with any applicable federal and state law, governs matters such as scheduling, pricing, cancellations, your responsibilities, the handling of your belongings, claims, and our liability for the services. You agree to provide accurate information about your move and to make sure we have safe and lawful access to the pickup and delivery locations.
By providing your phone number through the Site or otherwise, you agree that we may contact you by phone and text message about your request, your move, and our services, including through automated means. Message and data rates may apply and message frequency will vary. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of receiving our services. The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, are owned by or licensed to Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant us permission to use the information you submit to respond to you and provide our services. Please do not submit information about anyone else unless you have their permission.
The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This section applies to the Site only and does not limit or change our liability for the moving and related services we perform, which is addressed in the separate written agreement described in Sections 2 and 3 and by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandi Bradshaw Keeps It Moving and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of our business. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement for services, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
